Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Cinderella-Rockerfella you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices quoted are in £'s sterling. Prices are correct at time of publishing and where appropriate include 17.5% VAT.

All items are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Payments

Payments must be made in £'s sterling.

We accept paypal and the following issued cards, including Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.

We also accept cheques and postal orders, which should be made payable to Cinderella-Rockerfella. Orders will be despatched once funds have cleared. Cheques normally take between 5 and 7 working days to clear.

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days of payment being received.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order. If an order is cancelled before despatch a refund will be made straight away. If your order has already been despatched it will be treated as a return and the returns procedure will be followed.

Returns

Each item is thoroughly checked before despatching to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase you can return the item(s) to us providing

it is within 7 days of receipt,

items are in the original packaging

items are complete and not damaged in any way.

Please contact us for address details before sending your item(s) to us. Items must be returned recorded delivery. On receipt of returned goods we will offer a full refund or exchange, subject to availability.

Please note that refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion. We are unable to refund the cost of postage unless the goods are faulty.
